Miami Jet Ski Terms
Terms & Conditions:
- All Payments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All TRIPS DEPART AS SCHEDULED ON TIME. IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL BE LEFT AT THE DOCK!!!
- ANY LATE ARRIVALS OR NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RESCHEDULED.
- NO REFUNDS for online reservations.
- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD WITH VALID PHOTO ID OR BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR LEGAL PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
- Per state law, ALL drivers born after 01/01/1988 must have a NASBLA approved boating license in their possession. One can be issued at our location for a cost of $3 and the driver must pass a 25 question multiple choice exam.
- All tours depart on time as scheduled. NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING for late arrivals.
- All passengers must have Government issued ID with date of birth clearly stated on the ID.
- All customers must be present at our location MINIMUM 30 minutes (45 minutes if FWC license course is needed) prior to your reserved time.
- For all cancellations a 72 hr notice is required. In this event we will try to reschedule you for another date/time slot if accommodations are available.
- NO REFUNDS on same day cancellation or NO SHOWS.
- Weather cancellations are determined by Miami Jet Ski Rental ONLY.
- Tour schedules are subject to change without notice.
- All scheduled tours are based on weather permitting.
Limitation on Liability:
- AT NO TIME WILL Miami Jet Ski Rental BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES, LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF Miami Jet Ski Rental HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You assume all risks incidental to your chosen rental whether before, during or after the rental period and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Miami Jet Ski Rental on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.
Disputes:
- If you have a dispute, then the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions and you consent to personal jurisdiction, and agree to bring all actions, exclusively in a state or federal court located in Miami Dade County, Florida.
1 Hour Island Adventure Terms
- I MUST check-in 30 min prior to departure or my spot can be opened up to the waitlist
*** MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT ***
*** Children MUST be at least 8 years old to participate ***
*** Must Be at least 16 years old to drive with adult ***
*** Must Be at least 18 years old to drive solo ***
-EVERYONE MUST have a picture ID with birthdate as well as the credit card used to book reservation.
- All TRIPS BEGIN DEPARTURE AS SCHEDULED ON TIME.
-Bring the card used to reserve with you along with the matching Government issued ID
- Two persons MAX per ski. Total weight of passengers may not exceed 350 lbs. .
- PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE AS YOU MAY BE LEFT AT THE DOCK!!
- ANY LATE ARRIVALS OR NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RESCHEDULED.
- ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD WITH VALID PHOTO ID OR BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR LEGAL PARENT OR GUARDIAN. Any children riding with parents must be at least 8 years old.
- All drivers and passengers must have Government issued ID with date of birth clearly stated on the ID.
- All drivers born after 01/01/1988 must have a NASBLA approved boating license in their possession. One can be issued online free at www.boatus.org/Florida. Or a temporary license can be issued for $9.99 at www.boat-Ed.com/floridarental.
- All customers must be present at our location MINIMUM 30 minutes (45 minutes if FWC license course is needed) prior to your reserved time.
