Overview & Highlights

Arrive at the main station gondola at the basecamp of Whistler Village. You will enjoy remarkable views of dense pine forests on your journey to the summit in our state-of-the-are gondola.  After going through our brief but thorough safety training course, you will be fitted for the harness for your size and weight. Our experienced glide-guides will make sure that you are 100% safe during all aspects of your ride.  You will zip over the trees, mountains, hills, valleys, lakes, and rivers on your way to several stations bringing down the mountain.  
Total tour time will be somewhere between 90 and 120 minutes, based on group size, double riders, and being on-time to the starting gondola.

    Policies & Agreements

    • General Policies

      Not recommended for pregnant guests.
      Minimum height restriction: 120 cm or 4 feet for this style of vessel.
      Minimum of 2 hours in advance to book this activity online. But you can always call our office and check instant availability.

    • Gratuity Information

      Your guides will make every effort to see that your trip is enjoyable and successful. Gratuities for guides are greatly appreciated and at your discretion, as a gesture of thanks for their professionalism and service. A general guideline for an average gratuity is 10-20 percent of the total trip cost.

    • Minimum Trip Capacity

      We reserve the right to cancel any departure if we have insufficient reservations. We will do all we can to reschedule or accommodate guests reserved on any departure with insufficient reservations. If your departure is cancelled for this reason, a full refund will be provided.

    • Guest Responsibilities

      All guests will be required to follow safety policies and procedures as well as instructions from guides during activities. All guests must meet minimum age requirements at the time of participation. All guests will be required to sign a Liability Waiver and Indemnity Agreement prior to participation.

    • Cancellation, Payment and Refund Policies

      Payment in full is due at the time of reservation. Please notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule.
      • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of departure.
      • Cancellations within 30 days to 48 hours before departure are subject to a cancellation fee of $10 per person, per activity.
      • If we cancel any trip due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund will be provided.
